WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
Fruit Works products can be delivered worldwide.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt. 

FREE UK DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER £20
Fruit Works are pleased to offer free delivery for all UK orders over £20. Parcel will be sent via our courier service. Please see below for details on shipping and dispatch times.

DELIVERY METHODS

Royal Mail 48h UK Royal Mail aim to deliver within 48 hours following despatch. £3.50
Next Day UK Courier deliveries are made the day after despatch. Parcels weighing over 2kg and/or over £35 will be automatically sent via this method.   Flat rate of £7.99 per order (if under £20)
International  ROW International Parcels will be sent via the courier selected. Calculated according to the weight of products ordered, but will be displayed clearly prior to selection.

 

Please note that these amounts are estimates, the exact amount will be calculated at checkout once the address has been inputted and may vary by location.

DELIVERY METHODS EXPLAINED

UK
Royal Mail 48h 

Parcels sent using our Standard method aim to be delivered within 48 hours following dispatch. 

Courier

Parcels sent using our Next Day method are guaranteed for delivery on the next working day following dispatch. Our courier service is priced at a set fee of £7.99 per order.  All orders over 2kg will be automatically processed using this method.

Rest of the World

International orders will be sent via the courier selected.  Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of products ordered and the shipping time depends on the location, but these are clearly displayed prior to checkout.


MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
In the unfortunate event of your order not arriving within the time frame specified for the delivery option you have selected please contact our customer service team by e-mail at hey@fruitworksengland.com quoting your order reference, or contact us using our website chat.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In the unfortunate event of you receiving a faulty, damaged or incorrect product please contact our customer care team by e-mail at hey@fruitworksengland.com quoting your order reference within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Our team will advise where the product(s) in question should be returned. Please use the original packaging the product was sent in. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us until we have examined the product(s) and found them to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, at which time a refund of postage will be processed. On receipt and examination of the faulty, damaged or incorrect product we will either forward a replacement using the original method of delivery selected or process a refund, according to your wishes.

RETURNS

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. You have the right to return an item in it's original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

REFUNDS
Refunds for faulty, damaged or incorrect products will be made via the original method of payment used. We will notify you by e-mail when the refund has been processed, please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear. If the funds do not appear please check with your bank in the first instance. In the unlikely event they are unable to assist please send details to hey@fruitworksengland.com so that we may fully investigate.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
By Law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase of an item within seven working days of the date an item is delivered. Should you wish to cancel your purchase please do not open the package and e-mail hey@fruitworksengland.com quoting your order number, stating that you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order, within the seven working day cooling off period. We will forward details of where your unopened parcel should be returned to and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. On receipt of the goods we will process a refund via the original method of payment used.
